Classic Chia Pudding
Why we love the chia
Just two tbsp of chia seeds offer
High in fiber (10g fiber) to keep you full and satisfied
High in protein (5g to be exact!)
More calcium than a glass of milk!

High in omega-3 fatty acids (but plant-based!)
Boosts energy and metabolism
Ingredients
1/2 cup of your choice of
milk (oat, almond, soy, cow)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup

In a class jar combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup
2. Mix vigorously until there are no chia seed clumps
3. Let sit for 6 hours or overnight for best consistency
4. Enjoy topped with delicious Coconut Super Seed Granola and seasonal fruit!
